It is supported by Democratic Convergence of Catalonia (CDC), Republican Left of Catalonia (ERC), Democrats of Catalonia (DC) and Left Movement (MES). The coalition is led by Raül Romeva, PhD in international relations and former eco-socialist MEP; Carme Forcadell, linguist and former president of ANC; Muriel Casals, economist and former president of Òmnium Cultural; Artur Mas, leader of CDC and President of Catalonia; and Oriol Junqueras, leader of ERC. The coalition includes some celebrity candidates, such as Pep Guardiola (former coach and player of FC Barcelona) and Lluís Llach (musician and long-time activist).
